Midtown Flats welcomes most pets to our Carmel apartment community. Pets over 50 lbs must live on the first floor. There is a non-refundable fee as well as a monthly pet rent for pet-owning Residents.

Yes. There is a fee of $4,500 to break a lease at any time, which can be lowered to $3,000 if given a 60 day notice.
Yes, Midtown Flats and all other J.C. Hart apartment communities require a credit check to be completed during the application process.
Yes. An administrative fee of $250 per apartment is required that covers the application, personal screening, and processing charges necessary for a new lease.
