Midtown Flats welcomes your pets at our Carmel apartment community! We have no breed or size restrictions on dogs, although there is a 2-pet maximum with a non-refundable fee in addition to a monthly pet rent for pet owners. Can I pay my rent online? Yes! To log into our current Resident portal to pay your rent or submit a service request, view our Resident Info page. What school district are you in? Midtown Flats is served by Carmel Clay, which includes Carmel Elementary School, Carmel Jr. High, and Carmel High School. Do you let Residents break their lease? Yes. There is a fee of $3,000 to break a lease at any time, which can be lowered to $1,500 if given a 60 day notice. Does Midtown Flats require a credit check? Yes, Midtown Flats and all other J.C. Hart apartment communities require a credit check to be completed during the application process. Do you charge an application fee? Yes. An administrative fee of $250 per apartment is required which is used to cover the application, background screening, and processing charges related to renting a new apartment. Are there discounts available for students, elderly Residents, or military members? J.C. Hart is happy to be an Equal Housing Opportunity Provider, but at this time we do not offer any special discounts. Do you provide income-based housing?
